We have program managers who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who will meet with new families and help them set up an intervention program in their home. Each child then has a customized plan that will work for their individual needs, as every child and family is different and unique. The program manager’s role is to develop, train and supervise the child’s program. Behavior technicians follow the plan developed by the program manager and they do the actual 1:1 intervention with the child. Once a child is ready to transition into their school district we can assist with selecting the right placement for that child.
