BHCOE Issues New Report on ABA Workforce Hourly Wages, Salaries and Turnover in The U.S.

Today, BHCOE, the international accrediting body for ABA, released a report presenting average hourly wages in the U.S. for direct care staff, and salaries for supervisory staff. The 2021 ABA Compensation & Turnover Report also includes job turnover data for direct care, supervisory staff and, for the first time, clinical directors. BHCOE last reported ABA U.S. workforce data for 2018.

BHCOE Introduces Standards for Practica Training of Behavior Analysts

Today, BHCOE, the international accrediting body for ABA, announced the introduction of the first and only standards for organizations and centers that train behavior analysts during their on-site practica. These new quality standards will benefit supervising providers, universities and students by aligning classroom education with on-site experiential learning. BHCOE Practica Standards for Accreditation were developed in collaboration with universities offering degrees or certificate programs in applied behavior analysis.
