Ethical Obligations to Report: Sentinel Events and Reportable Incidents

This session focuses on reportable incidents and sentinel events, including obligations to report, what to report, when to report, and how to conduct investigations into allegations efficiently and completely. A specific case is used as an example of how to work through each of these key issues as well as to show how partnering with funding sources and other reporting agencies resulted in a quick and thorough resolution for all stakeholders.
