About the Presenters
Andy Mullins, Director of Marketing
Andy is the Director of Marketing for Behavioral Health Center of Excellence. Having grown up with a sister on the spectrum, Andy brings to work each day a passion for improving awareness of ABA therapy and the profound impact it can have. He received a BA in Communications from Purdue University, and has spent his career leading marketing and communications efforts for various healthcare institutions specializing in ABA therapy, interventional cardiology, and primary care. Andy’s work at BHCOE centers on ethical marketing and the opportunity to create and deliver resources that elevate the industry.
Sheila Parmar, SVP of Marketing and Communications, Kadiant
Sheila Parmar is the SVP of Marketing and Communications at Kadiant. Her goal every day is to bring awareness and education of Applied Behavior Analysis to the community and support the mission of enabling people to live their absolute best life.
Sheila received her BA in Anthropology from Princeton and her MBA in Finance and Marketing Strategy from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her experience varies from founding Cruz Blanca Initiative, a non-profit dedicated to building schools and hospitals near her hometown in Mexico to working in strategic marketing, business development, and leadership at McKinsey & Company, One Medical Group, and Visa. She loves enchiladas, exploring San Francisco parks with her 2 daughters, and laughing out LOUD a lot.
