Who is BHCOE? BHCOE accredits ABA companies and measures their quality. Our mission is to make sure everyone can get quality ABA services. We are working with your health plan to review ABA services. This will make sure all members have access to quality care. We are dedicated to making ABA services better.
What Will the Workgroup Do? Health plan members will share their stories and ideas. These include:
- What makes high-quality ABA.
- How you measure the quality of ABA services.
- Key outcomes you have seen from ABA.
Why a Workgroup? Your voice matters! Your experiences give you knowledge that we do not have. BHCOE and your health plan want to make sure everyone has a voice.
What Will the Workgroup Look like?
- Comfortable meetings where everyone has a voice.
- Total of 12 members.
- We hope to have 3 meetings during 2022.
- Each meeting will be 1.5 – 2 hours long.
- All meetings will be online using Zoom.
- There will be different ways to participate (i.e., chat, surveys, polls).
- Each member can add as much or as little as they want.
- We will send materials before each meeting to read.
How Do I Join? To apply, click the link below. The deadline is June 2022. Not everyone who applies will be asked to join.
The goal is to create a diverse and inclusive workgroup. We will ask questions to learn more about you. These questions are only for that reason. Only necessary BHCOE staff will see your answers. We will not share your answers. BHCOE will not use them for any other reason. We will make sure your information is safe. Once we choose the members, we will discard your information. If you have questions or need help applying, please email [email protected].
