Dr. Jon Bailey graduated from the University of Kansas in 1970. He currently serves as Professor Emeritus for Florida State University. His research and practice interest include the application of basic principles of behavior to the solution of important problems in society. Dr. Bailey is one of the foremost behavior analysts in the U.S. and a leading authority on ethics in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition to being a highly sought-after speaker at international conferences on ethics, he served as a founding director of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board ® (BACB). In 2005, he received the Distinguished Service to Behavior Analysis Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis.
