The Skinner Report Podcast
We debuted an ongoing podcast as a platform to share insights and developments from leaders in the world of ABA therapy. Each episode features guests and topics related to providing high-quality care and the overall business of providing Applied Behavioral Analysis services.

Partnering with Pepperdine and More Top Universities
Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) and Behavioral Health Center of Excellence formed an innovative partnership to expand and enhance training for Applied Behavior Analysis students. More university partners—including Ball State, Marian, Ouachita Baptist, Texas San Antonio, and South Florida—soon joined us!

Making it Easier for Families to Find Quality ABA Care with Beaming Health
Finding quality ABA is historically one of the most challenging tasks autism families face. Thanks to a partnership with Beaming Health—a national directory of over 30,000 autism service providers—families can now easily discover BHCOE accredited ABA providers, and for providers to communicate their commitment to quality care by displaying their BHCOE accreditation on their profiles.

New Standards for 2022, and a New Gateway for Accreditation
On July 1, BHCOE’s accreditation standards were updated to improve understandability and bring greater focus to clinical practices on the path to quality ABA services. In developing the new standards and making changes to our accreditation process, BHCOE listened carefully to the ABA community and relied on its growing body of knowledge including seven years and more than 100,000 data points about the practices that result in quality ABA services.

ABA Assessment Workshop Series
Built by behavior analysts, for behavior analysts, these 11 on-demand workshops are designed to help providers become key players in measuring intervention outcomes for Value-Based Payment Systems, providing better care for patients, and gaining greater visibility on their organization’s impact. For each assessment, they learn how to administer and score the tool accurately, and incorporate the results in a meaningful way in your behavior-treatment plans.

A Team-Up for Value-Based Pay
In the first such national partnership, Cigna’s Evernorth teamed up with BHCOE to more effectively measure the quality of care for people with autism. The partnership allows us to collaborate with Evernorth on creating measures that will help people with autism and their caregivers track the efficacy of their treatment.

An Accelerated Path to Insurance Credentialing
Our sister company, Accelerated Delegated Credentialing (ADC) earned NCQA Accreditation as a Credential Verification Organization. ADC helps providers (ABA, SLP, OT, PT, LCSW, and other behavioral health providers of all sizes) throughout the United States streamline their process and reduce their time to becoming contracted and credentialed with private insurers and state Medicaid programs.

ANSI Adopts 2022 Accreditation Standards!
The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) has adopted BHCOE/ANSI Standard 201: Standards of Excellence for Applied Behavior Analysis Services as an American National Standard. The standard establishes national guidance to promote access to safe, quality, and effective clinical services for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
