Oversight Committees

The Disciplinary Review Committee (DRC) is responsible for enforcement of the Standards of Excellence for Applied Behavior Analysis Services and additional rules and regulations of the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) accreditation process. The goal is to maintain the integrity of the BHCOE Accreditation and the “BHCOE-accredited” designation and to support providers in maintaining compliance with the standards. The DRC hears compliance concerns lodged against BHCOE-accredited providers and ensures due process to accused organizations. BHCOE’s compliance process ensures equal consideration of both the complainant and the provider, and its goal is to support organizations in maintaining compliance with the Standards of Excellence. The DRC consists of four members who hold a BACB certification or equivalent credential/certification in good standing and are affiliated with a BHCOE accredited provider that is in good standing.
