Leading this initiative is Edisa Shirley,Ph.D, LMHC, Director of Operations at BHCOE. Dr. Shirley’s career spans over 9 years in the public school system, and brings a wealth of experience and insight into the unique needs of ABA services in educational settings. Additionally, Dr. Shirley is currently on staff as an adjunct Professor of Psychology at Jacksonville University.
